Peggy E., beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Rossman; loving mother of Robert "Bob" Rossman; step grandmother of Erica and Christa Yenke; devoted sister of Ira "Bud"(Dorothy) Elrod, and the late Wanda Renk; cherished daughter of the late Leah and Estel Elrod.
Passed away March 24, 2014. Age 86. Resident of West Harrison.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine Street Harrison, from 1PM until the time of the funeral service at 4 PM with Rev. Harold Shackelford officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society by bringing your donation to the funeral home during the visitation or mailing your donation to the funeral home. The funeral home will notify the family of your donation and forward your donation to American Cancer Society.
