Kenneth Reifenberger Obituary

Kenneth Edward Reifenberger Sr., Age 83 of Harrison, OH, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Shawnee Springs Nursing Home. He was born May 11, 1931 in Mt. Healthy Ohio to the late Clifford and Freda (nee Weber) Reifenberger. Kenneth served in the US Air Force from September 1951 until his discharge in Aug. 1955. He married Marilyn McCrocklin and have been married for 58 years. They had three children: Wanda, Kenneth Jr., and Alan. Kenneth Sr. retired from Hostess Cake and was a bus driver for Southwest Schools for 12 years.

Survivors include his loving wife Marilyn; dear children: Wanda Burke & Kenneth Reifenberger Jr.; devoted grandchildren: Dawn Patrick, Kendal Reifenberger; wonderful great grandchildren: Donovan & Libby Patrick; beloved siblings: Elaine, Sheila, Jimmy & Karen. He was preceded in death by parents; a son Alan; grandson Christopher Alan Burke; siblings: LaVerne, Donald, Richard, & Janice.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Brater-Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St., Harrison Ohio, 45030. Funeral Blessing will be Thursday at 10 AM at the funeral home. Father Jeffrey Kemper officiating with Burial to follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association by bringing your donation to the visitation or Blessing Service and giving it to a funeral home representative. If you are unable to attend then make your check payable to the American Heart Association and mail your donation to the funeral home. The funeral home will notify the family of your donation and mail checks to charity.
