Joel Jellison Obituary
Joel Garrey Jellison, age 34, of Cincinnati formerly of Wyoming, Ohio passed away March 30, 2017. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 5, 1983 to Mark G and Vickie (nee Pollock) Jellison. He was the older brother of Luke and Jill.
Joel was an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State and was currently enrolled at UC working on his Master's Degree. He was a very talented artist and loved music. Joel enjoyed eating out and playing video games. He also loved to learn and was a good student.
Those who will miss him most are his parents Mark and Vickie (nee Pollock) Jellison; siblings: Luke Jellison and Jill (John) Mora; nephew: Joseph Mora; grandparents: Eddie Pollock and Shirley Pollock. Aunts and uncles: Jan (Steve) Safford, Allen (Brenda) Jellison, Todd (Cheryl) Jellison, Charlie (Fran) Pollock, Roger (Pat) Pollock, and Steve (Tammy) Pollock; and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Allen Jellison and Ruth (Garrey) Jellison.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 3PM-4PM at Brater - Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St., Harrison, OH with service immediately following at 4PM. Burial will be Monday, April 3, 2017 at 10AM at Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Tender Mercy's, 27 West 12th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. www.braterfh.com
