Ida E. (nee Bales) loving wife of the late William Tolley; devoted mother, grandmother & great grandmother passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 surrounded by her loved ones. Age 93. Resident of Harrison, Ohio. Private Graveside Service will be held at Gibson Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
