John C. Brater Funeral Home and Seifert-Hardig & Brater Funeral Home are owned and operated by John and Kathie Brater. John Brater purchased the Harrison location in 1969 and later purchased the Seifert-Hardig Funeral Home in 1987. Both funeral homes started serving families in 1940.

Serving families in both communities is very important to the Brater's and also to Jack Wenning and Jolene Winter. Many of the families we serve are our neighbors, friends and relatives.
